Summer Student Coordinator
The Kitikmeot Inuit Association is looking for an Inuk student to work
during the summer in the Kitikmeot.
Seeking a student who is:
• Responsible, self motivated, ambitious and a role model in the community
• Able to travel
• Is currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution who will return again in
the fall.
The Kitikmeot Inuit Association is currently accepting applications from Employers in the Kitikmeot region who are interested in hiring summer students.

The Kitikmeot Inuit Association has an opening for a Community Liaison Officer in Kugluktuk. This is an indeterminate position.
Under the direction of the Director Beneficiary Services, the Community Liaison Officer will serve the community as the principle representative in Kugluktuk on all functions of KIA’s mandate. The CLO is responsible for ensuring beneficiaries receive accurate information concerning KIA’s activities and that KIA receives timely information on issues important to beneficiaries. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing Bereavement and Compassionate Travel, and chairing the Community Beneficiary Committee.
