The Kitikmeot Inuit Association has an immediate opening for an Employment & Training Coordinator at it's headquarter's office in Cambridge Bay.

Reporting to the Director, Beneficiary Services you will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of training proposals and employment plans that will assist beneficiaries gain employment in various economic sectors in the Kitikmeot region. In carrying out these responsibilities you will identify, negotiate, and co-ordinate employment & training opportunities for Inuit of the Kitikmeot region with a variety of employers, including implementation of various Impact Benefit Agreements.

You must have a post-secondary graduation certification in an education, social sciences and/or human resources field, with three or more years related experience. Education and/or experience in community economic development would be an asset.

Salary range: Salary is currently under review.
