            How to Apply

            Applying for programs and services is easy! Most programs can be applied for online, by mail, or in-person. Whether you are applying for educational support, employment opportunities, or cultural preservation initiatives, our team is here to support you every step of the way.

            Option 1

            Apply Online

            If a program is available to be applied for online, there will be an Apply Online button on the page. Clicking this button will take you to an online application form. After filling out and submitting the required information, your application will automatically be sent to the appropriate department.

            Option 2

            Apply by Email

            Click the Download Form button to download a fillable PDF copy of the application form. Completed forms and accompanying documents may be attached and emailed to the address indicated on the application. Scans or photographs of printed documents are accepted and must also be attached to the email.

            Option 3

            Apply by Fax

            Click the Download Form button to download a fillable PDF copy of the application form. Completed forms and copies of accompanying documents may be faxed to the number indicated on the application. If you do not have access to a printer, application forms are also available in-person at your local KIA Office.

            Apply In-Person

            Application forms are available in-person at your local KIA Office. Our team is available to assist in filling out applications on-site and can accept completed forms and copies of accompanying documents for submission.
