            Communications

The KIA’s Communications Department ensures that all benefits, programs, assistance and information are readily available and accessible to those who can benefit from what the KIA does. Starting with the Community Liaison Officers, the Communications Department also provides all KIA representatives and stakeholders the information they need to assist, inform and support the Kitikmeot.

            Community Liaison Officers

With offices and a Community Liaison Officer (CLO) in each Kitikmeot community, these Officers can be the first point of contact with the KIA. CLOs have the knowledge and experience to ensure the Kitikmeot Inuit can take full advantage of the services and resources available through the KIA and offer support through any stage of contact with the KIA.
