Congratulations to the Underground Mining Training Program at Aurora College

The Kitikmeot Inuit Association (KIA) was proud to announce that with funding from Agnico Eagle and B2Gold Nunavut, 10 Kitikmeot Inuit attended a three-month Underground Miner training program at Aurora College in Fort Smith, NWT. All 10 graduated on November 7 and are now in an excellent position to start meaningful careers in mining.
