Freelance Translators/Interpreters Required
The Kitikmeot Inuit Association (KIA) is looking for freelance translators to strengthen our existing pool of professional translators. Specifically, we are looking to offer regular work produced in English to be translated into Inuinnaqtun and Inuktitut (Nattilingmiutut).
We are also looking for in-person interpreters for occasional work at KIA Board Meetings and other events.
If you are interested in helping the KIA improve the quality and timing of our communications, please submit your resume, a cover letter (clearly indicating which language (and dialect) you can translate/interpret to/from) your customary rates, and at least one professional reference to:

To be considered, applicants must possess basic computer skills and be able to return translated work with basic formatting equivalent to the original English document.
