Toddler Tool Kit – now available at your local KIA Office

Created to support your child’s growth through:

  • Play, stories, imagination and creativity
  • Early language skills
  • Emotional expression
  • Cultural awareness

Boxes contain books and a variety of resources that may include:
Inuit-Themed Books – Celebrate culture, community and everyday life
Building Blocks – Encourage creativity and problem solving through play
Hand Puppets – Support language and social development
Country Food Play Set – Explore traditional foods

WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Kitikmeot Inuit beneficiaries born between January 1 and December 31, 2024, who will reach two years of age during the 2026 calendar year.

RESIDING IN THE KITIKMEOT? Pick up a package at the local KIA Office. Parent/Guardian must provide ID

LIVING OUTSIDE THE KITIKMEOT REGION? Email SCarter@kitia.ca to request a form
