Expression of Interest: Inuit Heritage Trust
The Kitikmeot Inuit Association is coordinating a search to find a Kitikmeot representative to sit on the board of the Inuit Heritage Trust. The primary responsibility of board members is to develop government policies and legislation on archaeology, and to represent the interests of Inuit of the Kitikmeot Region by participating on all matters in board meetings and public hearings of the Inuit Heritage Trust.
This is a three (3) year term position, ending December 31, 2028. The appointee will be expected to travel to meetings on a regular basis. IHT board members receive honorarium and travel expenses for their service.
Expressions of Interest will only be considered if a resume and Criminal Reference Check (CRC) is attached. Expressions of Interest will be received until January 20, 2026 to the contact below.
